GENERAL QUESTIONS
What elastic do you use?
My signature elastic size is 1/2 inch non-roll elastic. Each scrunchie has non-roll elastic and this allows it to wrap around twice in the hair for a firm but comfortable hold. They are best for those with normal to thick hair. I have thin elastic upon request for those with finer hair, extremely thick hair or those that like their scrunchies more stretchy.
CanI request thinner elastic?
Yes you can! I offer 1cm wide thin elastic which is great for all hair types. Please add a note to your order at checkout.
Where are you located?
I am located in Phoenix, Arizona
MY ORDER
How long until my order is shipped?
I make and package all of the previous weeks orders Monday-Wednesday. This is why I have a 1-6 business day turn around time.
Please check banner on homepage for any updates on my TAT as occasionally due to demand I need to change it to 1-2 weeks.
Can I combine my order?
If the order is yet to be shipped i'm happy to combine orders and shipping costs! Please contact me. Please note this may delay your initial order.
How can I track my order?
Please ensure that you pay for a tracked shipping method at tracking when placing your order.
To track your order after I have shipped check your emails, it may have ended up in junk/spam. If you have trouble finding the tracking i'm more than happy to send it through to you, just message me :)
Do you add freebies to orders?
Sometimes I may add a handmade items (sometimes unreleased goodies) or pre packaged lollies to your order. If you wish not to receive a freebie please let me know at checkout. Not all orders include freebies as sometimes I run out of free stock.
Something is wrong with my order. What can I do?
If you have any issues at all in regards to your order please contact me and ill try my best to resolve it :)
Can I cancel my order?
As long as the order has not shipped and is not a personalised item that I have started, you may request an order cancellation. Please contact me as soon as possible if you would like to cancel.
SHIPPING
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, I ship worldwide from Phoenix, AZ.
However it will take longer to ship.
Can I pick up locally?
I do not normally allow local pickups due to my own privacy, however I may make an exception for you in certain circumstances. Please contact me if you wish to collect locally.
How much is domestic shipping?
Within U.S. shipping starts at $4 for smaller items non tracked. My standard flat rate for all items with tracking is $9. Please check out my shipping and returns for more information.
Do you ship express?
Yes I can ship express U.S. wide. I have this option at checkout.
How long does shipping take?
Due to delays within the postal service it is hard to determine the exact shipping times.
U.S.:
However after your order is marked as shipped you should expect your envelope or parcel to arrive within 1-14 business days. There has been some delays that have taken up to 4 weeks in certain states although it is not a common occurrence.
Worldwide:
Generally orders take 2-6 weeks overseas once shipped. But they may take up to 3 months. This is very uncommon but with continuously cancelled flights items may take longer to get to their destinations.
